The Power of Planning: Haggis and Pork Stuffing

A great Christmas dinner always starts with great planning and we’re here to help. But as you’re already in the planning state of mind, we wanted to make sure to remind you to start planning your Power of Attorney – you could even have a conversation while you’re cooking!

Ingredients

  • One onion finely diced
  • olive oil
  • one small haggis
  • ~350 g of minced pork
  • pepper
  • salt
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Method

Fry the onion in olive oil until soft and golden. Set aside and allow to cool. Take minced pork and place into a bowl with broken up haggis. Add breadcrumbs, one beaten egg, salt, and pepper, and add the onion back in. Mix thoroughly. Roll mixture into small balls in your hands then place in an oven proof dish and bake for 35 minutes turning halfway through.
